Emily graduated from McCann School of Business and Technology in 2014 and has been working as a licensed massage therapist for 8 years. She is certified in cupping therapy (a healing therapy to ease pain and increase blood flow ) and trigger point therapy (an applied pressure to painful and sensitive areas in order to alleviate the pain on site and in other areas of the body ) along with many others and plans to continue her education with AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation ) stretching. She loves to spend her free time on her little homestead with her husband, two kids and two pups. You’ll often find her with a camera in her hands and on the hiking trails with her family. Emily walks into every treatment with the purest of intentions, along with all of her knowledge and experience to help you whether that may be to relieve stress, acute or chronic pain, injuries or to increase your overall health so you can live your best life.
